Postage

• Nappies Covered® charges a flat rate postage for Australian deliveries.
  

1. < under 500 grams - $  8.50
2. > over 500 grams -$13.00
3. Labels or snaps in small quantities will only incur a postage fee of $2.30 These will be sent via an envelope and are not tracable at all.
   

• All parcels will be sent via E-Parcel through Australia Post.  Your parcel is traceable via the Australia Post website http://auspost.com.au/track/  Your tracking number will be available in your store account once your order has been posted.   You will also be sent tracking advice from the Australia Post website.
  

• Nappies Covered® will not be held responsible or liable for items lost in the postal system. The responsibility is on the purchaser to insure items. Insurance is available at an extra charge. Please contact Jodie if you require this service.
  

• Postage time relates to postage only - from dropping at my post office to you receiving it. Orders will be processed in the order they are received and paid for. Postage time varies from state to state, but is from 3 to 10 working days within Australia. *Please note we are in rural South Australia.

• Express postage from my location is a minimum of 3 working days, there is no next day delivery.  Choosing express postage does not mean that your order will be placed at the top of the packing list. Express postage relates to the carriage of your parcel by Australia Post.

Packing

• Orders are packed on Tuesdays and Thursdays, if you are in urgent need of an item please order and pay in full prior to these days so that your items can get to you quicker. If ordering on a Friday your order will not be packed until Tuesday the following week.
  

• All items are packed with the upmost care.  Jiffy Shur Tuff bags are used so that your items are kept safe and clean.  Smaller items will be placed in paper bags within your parcel. Snaps and labels will be placed in zip lock bags for ease of use.
  

• All our packaging is recyclable, please recycle it :)
  

International Postage

• Nappies Covered® ships Worldwide - we are happy to post to anywhere in the world.

• Your postage amount will be automatically calculated at checkout.
  

• International Parcels will only be sent via registered Post, $5.00 is payable on top of normal postage charges.
