Nappies Covered - Terms and Conditions of Trade

Terms of Payment

• Nappies Covered’s goods are supplied on a wholesale only basis according to the following terms:
• Payment for all goods must be made in full prior to the release of the good for delivery.
• Payment is due within seven (7) days.
• We reserve the right to withhold supply of goods unless these terms have been met.  If payment is made by direct deposit, goods will be held until the money is cleared in our account.
• You must always have an ABN and BN number that is registered.  If you cease trading or change your business details please let us know via email
• Nappies Covered believes in supporting the WAHM (work at home) industry.  To be able to make this industry a fair and profitable one, Nappies Covered will only sell wholesale to those who are holders of the above registrations. 
  
• Nappies  Covered does not, and will not sell products in co-ops or to co-ops to benefit retail customers. 
  
• Buying of items for co-ops or for co-op related business dealings is not permitted in any way of form.
• Wholesale purchased items are for the expressed use or sale of - by the purchaser only.
• Breaches of any of the wholesale conditions will result in a cease of business with the purchaser.
• The selling of made items (Posh Pads and Kits) bought from Nappies Covered are not permitted to be sold on auction sites  (e.g ebay, oztotion etc) or stores run from Face Book.
  

• Terms are currently not offered.

Prices

• The current Nappies Covered price list applies and we reserve the right to change prices and product specifications at any time without prior notice.
• All prices are in Australian Dollars ($AUD)
• Freight, Insurance, Tax and Duties are not included in pricing.
• Australian orders include a 10% Goods and Service Tax (GST)
• Prices shown on the website when you are logged into your store account are the wholesale rates, the % saving will not be shown on your invoice.  When logged out of your account you will see the retail amounts displayed.

Minimum Orders

• Minimum trade fair and opening order value is $60.00 (ex GST and ex freight charges)
• Minimum re-order value is $60.00 (ex GST and ex freight charges)

Delivery

• Wholesale customers DO NOT qualify for free shipping on purchases over $150.  Please select the flat rate shipping option for your purchase.  If free shipping is selected goods will not be sent until flat rate shipping is paid.
• Nappies Covered will arrange goods to be delivered via Australia Post, charges will be incurred at checkout when placing order. Orders will be dispatched when full payment has been received.

Warranty

1. The seller’s liability for goods supplied is limited to making good any defects. At the sellers’ option, these may include replacement of the goods or the supply of equivalent goods or refund of the goods provided that:
   • The defects have arisen solely from faulty workmanship.
   • The goods have not received maltreatment, inattention or interference
2. Except as provided herein, all express and implied warranties, guarantees and conditions under statute or general law as to merchantability, description, quality, suitability or fitness of the goods for any purpose as to design, material or workmanship or otherwise are hereby expressly excluded. The seller shall not be liable for physical or financial injury, loss or damage or for consequential loss or damage of any kind arising out of the supply of the goods or arising out of the seller’s negligence.
3.  It is important to note that many Nappies Covered products are hand-made and therefore slight variations may occur from product to product. These variations and imperfections are not to be considered faults for product liability purposes.

Cancellation of orders

Cancellation of orders must be in writing and received no later than seven (7) working days before the scheduled shipping date.

Return of Goods

• No goods may be returned without authorisation from Nappies Covered
• If authorisation to return the Goods is accepted by Nappies Covered, they must be returned in the original packaging in a saleable condition.
• All goods must be returned via our preferred carrier, please contact us for details.
• Any special orders or modified items are not returnable.
• Any goods damaged by third party carriers are not returnable.

Title of Goods

• Property and ownership of any goods supplied will not pass to the purchaser but will remain with Nappies Covered until payment is made in full of the purchase price of the goods and all other amounts owing to the seller by the purchaser.
